About Bodywerk Dance
Bodywerk Dance is a Black-owned business founded in 2012 by Momo LeBeau.
Momo is a dancer and choreographer from Oakland who had the dream to spread the love and joy of Hip Hop dance and culture to the masses. Momo has brought Bodywerk Dance all over the Bay Area, and we have continued to hold regular outdoor dance classes throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Bodywerk Dance and Momo provide a safe space for people to leave their troubles behind. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you look like, Bodywerk Dance is about moving and feeling free.
